Service good but needs clearer billing info
I’ve been using Northwest Registered Agent for over a year now. They helped me with forming my corporation and have been my registered agent since. The process was clear and their representatives answered my questions promptly. However, I was a bit confused when my credit card was charged twice in one billing cycle without prior notice. Took a few calls to sort it out. After that, things went smoothly and they even waived the extra fee once I explained. Just wish billing was more transparent from the start. Otherwise, very professional service.
