I've been using Nexcess for about six months now hosting a small WooCommerce store. The uptime is solid and support usually responds within an hour which is pretty decent. One thing though, the renewal prices kicked up unexpectedly, which was a bit annoying.

Using Nexcess for the past eight months has been mostly positive. The WordPress hosting works well and the site loads fast. However, there were a couple of times when automatic updates caused brief downtime. Support was responsive but sometimes didn’t have immediate answers, which delayed fixes slightly.
