Good app, needs better workout sync
I like tracking calories but the workout sync with my smartwatch isn’t always accurate. It sometimes doubles the calories burned which messes with my totals. Still, the diet logging is solid.

I really like how detailed the nutrition info is, and the barcode scanner saves me tons of time logging food. However, sometimes the app freezes when I try to add exercises, which gets frustrating. Hope they fix that soon.

The app has a ton of useful features and helps me stay on track with my diet. However, the user interface can be confusing, especially when trying to edit past entries. It sometimes takes several tries to get the right portion size logged. I wish the developers would simplify that part. Other than that, it’s a solid tool for calorie counting.

I started using MyFitnessPal last summer to manage my weight, and it’s been a big deal. The app’s food database is huge, so I never struggle to find what I ate. Tracking macros has helped me balance my meals better than ever before. The visualization charts motivated me during plateaus, and the weekly progress emails kept me accountable. Occasionally, the premium features glitch on Android which is annoying, but overall it’s worth it for the results I got.
