Solid products with minor flaws
The eyeshadow palettes have great color variety and last long with primer. Shipping was pretty quick and packaging secure. Though, I noticed a slight powder fallout on a few shades which made blending a bit messy. Customer service responded quickly when I asked about returns and was helpful. I’d buy again but hope they improve the formula a bit.

Pretty palettes, decent pricing
I like how colorful the palettes are and the price makes it easy to experiment with new looks. Shipping wasn’t super fast but the order arrived without damage. I find some shades a bit powdery but overall happy with the purchase.

Quality is decent but customer service slow
The product quality is fine for the price, especially the blending brushes. I did have some trouble reaching customer service when my palette was delayed, and it took almost a week to get a response. Would appreciate faster support next time but the makeup itself is solid.

Nice formulas but packaging felt cheap
The lipsticks I got were pigmented and lasted well throughout the day. However, the packaging was a bit flimsy and felt like it might break if dropped. Still, the colors are exactly what I wanted, so I’m mostly happy.

Good products but shipping was slow
I love the variety of palettes Morphe offers, but my order took 15 days to arrive which was frustrating. The eyeshadows themselves are great quality with minimal fallout. Just wish the delivery was faster, especially since I paid for express shipping.
