Mixed feelings about support
I’ve been using Mercari for a few months, mostly buying collectibles. The prices are good but I ran into issues with an item arriving damaged. The seller was cooperative but the refund process through Mercari support took longer than I expected. On the other hand, the app interface is quite user-friendly so I kept coming back anyway.
