Strong platform with room for improvement
I started using Mercari to declutter and found it super useful for selling things I no longer use. The listing process is easy and the buyer communication features help avoid misunderstandings. However, sometimes buyers cancel orders late which complicates things. Also, tracking info isn’t always updated promptly, so I’ve emailed support a couple of times about stuck shipments. Still, I appreciate that Mercari keeps improving the interface and offering sales promotions.
