I've been using Maya for about six months now, mostly for paying bills and mobile load top-ups. The app’s interface is sleek and mostly intuitive, though I ran into a slight issue with delayed notifications on payment confirmations. I contacted support through their in-app chat and got a helpful response within minutes, which really impressed me. Also, their card arrived quickly and worked fine at local stores without a hitch. I appreciate their push towards digital convenience but hope they can tighten up the notification system soon.

The app covers essential banking needs well, like instant transfers and bill payments. I especially like the automatic savings option, which helped me stash money effortlessly. Occasionally, the app lags or logs me out unexpectedly, which can be annoying when you’re in a hurry. Their customer service is friendly but sometimes slow when the app glitches. Would be nice if they add budgeting tools next update.
