The mobile app handles my bills well, and the cashback rewards for using their card are a nice bonus. Sometimes the app crashes during peak hours, which bugs me a little, but nothing game-breaking.

I like how fast the deposits clear and the low fees compared to my old bank. Though I wish the card design options were better. Customer support replied quickly when I had a question about currency conversion rates. Still, the app layout could use some improvement for easier navigation.

Signed up a month ago, and the app is really user-friendly for managing payments and checking balances. However, the KYC process took nearly a week longer than they originally said, which was frustrating since I needed to top up quickly. Customer support eventually sorted it out though, but a heads-up would have helped. the savings feature is pretty handy and the card delivery was on time.
