Mostly happy but some issues
I’ve been a regular customer for about six months. The recipes are creative and the ingredients pre-measured which really cuts down prep time. Once I received a box with a damaged salad kit but support promptly sent a replacement. Sometimes the packaging is a bit excessive but I appreciate the consistent quality and the weekly menu emails help me plan my dinners ahead.

Fresh but pricey

Good meals, could improve packaging
The meals themselves are delicious and the instructions are clear. However, the packaging could be more eco-friendly. I’d love to see less plastic used for single-portion items. Overall still worth it for the convenience though.

Happy with variety and freshness
