Good but ride shares take longer
I generally prefer Lyft to other ride apps because the cars are nicer and the drivers more polite. But their shared rides option sometimes makes me wait forever and takes way more time than just a basic ride. If you're in a rush, avoid that one for sure.

Mostly reliable but some issues
I use Lyft a lot for my daily commute and generally it works well. The drivers are friendly and the app is easy to navigate, but last week my scheduled ride was late by 15 minutes, which was frustrating since I was headed to a meeting. The fare prices can also spike unexpectedly, especially during rush hours. Still, when it runs smoothly, it's a great eco-friendly alternative to driving myself.
