I've been using Lyft for about six months now and honestly, my experience has been a bit all over the place. On some days, the drivers show up super fast and are really friendly, which makes the trip smooth and pleasant. But other times, especially during late nights, I get drivers who are either late or whose cars are not very clean. Another frustration is the surge pricing that I’ve caught multiple times without warning. Still, when things go right, the scheduled ride feature really helps me plan my day better.

Good but ride shares take longer
I generally prefer Lyft to other ride apps because the cars are nicer and the drivers more polite. But their shared rides option sometimes makes me wait forever and takes way more time than just a basic ride. If you're in a rush, avoid that one for sure.
