Mixed feelings about the trip
I flew economy from JFK to Munich last month and it was okay overall. Seat comfort was tight and the in-flight meal was underwhelming, but the entertainment options kept me occupied. Still, the delay during boarding without much explanation was annoying, so kinda mixed experience.

Okay but cramped seats
I flew Lufthansa last month on a short haul between London and Munich. The flight was on time, but I found the economy seats to be quite cramped compared to other airlines I’ve tried. Service was polite, though nothing exceptional.

Mixed feelings about Lufthansa
The flight itself was fine, but I had trouble with their mobile app constantly crashing when I tried to check in. Also, my luggage was delayed by a day which was frustrating. Customer service was polite but slow to respond to emails.
