Decent but can improve on transparency
I took a personal loan and the application went smoothly thanks to the clear interface. The monthly payments are manageable but I noticed some extra fees that weren’t clearly spelled out before I signed. Customer support explained them eventually but I think LendingClub should be upfront about those charges from the start. Aside from that, funding was quick and the platform works well for small business loans too.
