Mixed experience with loan funding speed and rates
Applied for a business loan to expand my café and was happy the funding came through in about a week. However, the interest rates were higher than I initially expected based on their advertised figures. Support was polite but not very helpful when I asked for a breakdown of fees. the platform is okay but I wish they were clearer about total costs upfront.

Application process was confusing
Tried to get a personal loan but the website kept freezing during my application. Took way longer than expected.
