Mostly reliable with small glitches
Used Kraken for a few months now. The fees are reasonable but the withdrawal times could be faster. I had a minor issue with the 2FA once but support helped quickly.

Good exchange but mobile app glitches
I mainly use Kraken on my phone and it’s pretty convenient. But the app crashes randomly, especially when checking futures positions. Hope they fix this soon because otherwise I like their low fees and staking options.

Decent platform overall
Customer service was helpful when I had a question about margin calls. Trading fees are okay, though not the cheapest. The interface looks a bit messy but works fine once you get used to it.
