Interface feels outdated and sometimes slow. The margin trading options are okay but I’ve had a couple of crashes during volatile markets. Support takes too long to respond at times.

Mixed feelings about the interface and fees
I started using Kraken six months ago mainly for crypto-to-crypto trades. Honestly, the fees can pile up if you’re a frequent trader and the maker-taker model isn’t always clear. The platform UI sometimes lags when there's heavy volume, which made me miss some good entry points. On the bright side, their market data is transparent and the order book depth is usually solid. Wish they’d fix these glitches.
