Mixed experience booking flights
I booked a multi-city trip through Kiwi.com and saved some money compared to direct airline prices, which was nice. However, the app was glitchy when I tried to manage my booking and the customer service was slow to respond about a confusing baggage allowance issue. Luckily my flights went mostly smooth but the extra hassle almost made me cancel. I’ll probably use Kiwi.com again but I’m bracing for a bit of stress next time.

Good prices but watch fees
Liked how they combined flights from different airlines for the best price. However the booking had extra service fees that weren’t obvious at first. Still ended cheaper than direct booking but take care on final checkout screen. Support was responsive when I asked about those charges.

Super easy for multi-city trips
Planning a 3 city Europe tour was stressful until I found Kiwi.com. Their search engine lets you easily add stops and the price stayed low even with several airlines involved. I’ve used them twice now and haven’t had any hiccups. The mobile app also helped with boarding passes and updates.
