Nice products but a little pricey

Excellent eye products
I’ve been using their mascaras for six months now and can honestly say they hold up better than my previous brands. The volume and length are great, and none of the annoying clumps I used to get. Plus, the waterproof formula really lasts through my workouts. Definitely planning to try more items from KIKO.

Ordered a skincare set that included a serum and moisturizer. The serum absorbed quickly and helped with redness, but the package took over 10 days to arrive, which was frustrating. Their customer service was polite but couldn't speed it up, so hopefully they improve that.

Mixed feelings on my recent purchase
I bought their contour kit hoping for something easy to blend but it was patchy at first. After watching some tutorials, I got better results, but it definitely isn't beginner-friendly. Also, the applicator sponge that came in the set felt cheap and started shedding after two uses, which was disappointing. I usually love trying new brands but this one left me kind of meh overall.
