Mostly great, a couple hiccups

Kayak is amazing for comparing flights and hotels, but I had a bit of trouble with the rental car options. The website showed a deal that wasn’t actually available when I clicked through. Still, the overall experience was good, and I found a decent hotel and flight combo.

Helpful but needs improvements

Kayak is usually my first stop for travel, but I’ve noticed some discrepancies in hotel reviews. A few times I ended up at places that didn’t match the descriptions. I still use it for flights, but I’m wary about the hotel suggestions.
