Good but needs better policy management features
I liked how Jerry quickly showed me options for my car insurance and even bundled offers. However, when I tried to add my home insurance details to the platform, the process wasn’t very smooth and I had to call support twice. They did help eventually but having more intuitive tools for managing multiple policies inside the app would make a big difference. Still, it saved me a lot of time hunting for quotes manually, so I’m sticking with them for now.

Helpful but could improve claims info
The platform made shopping for car insurance easy, but I wish they had more detailed info about the claims process from each insurer. That would help in deciding who to go with.
