Good but could be better
I mostly like ING’s low fees and the instant alerts. Sometimes the app refreshes slowly which is annoying, but the overall experience is okay.

Mostly smooth but slow verification
Account setup was pretty straightforward, but verification took longer than I expected. The app is clean and transfers are quick, though I wish their support chat was more responsive during peak hours.
