Three stars for now
Funds transfer was okay but support was slow to respond when I had a question about international fees. The app’s layout is clean but could offer more detailed transaction analytics for investors.

I like how easy it is to pay bills and check balances on ING’s app. However, the currency conversion fees caught me off guard when I tried to transfer funds abroad. I’d appreciate clearer info on those charges before transactions.

I switched to ING about three months ago because I wanted a neobank with lower fees and a more streamlined app experience. The app’s interface is clean and really easy to navigate, especially for managing my joint account. Setting up automatic savings transfers was simple, which is great. But I ran into a frustrating issue with a delayed payout my paycheck deposit didn’t show up on time, and I had to contact support twice before it got sorted out. Support eventually fixed it but the wait was annoying. Also, the app sometimes lags when I’m uploading documents for KYC, which slows things down. I like the card’s cashback offers on groceries, though, so I’m hoping they fix these glitches soon.

The mobile app is user-friendly, and I like the budgeting tools. Still, I ran into an issue with a card delivery delay that wasn’t clearly explained, which was frustrating since I needed it urgently.
