Consistent quality and support
I rely on Humble Bundle for affordable games and have yet to be disappointed. The bundles offer a nice variety and the option to split payments with charity is awesome. One time a link was broken, but customer support was prompt and helpful. The site handles high traffic well during big sales, which impressed me. It's one of the few places where I feel my purchases really matter, not just for me but for causes I care about.

I like that they mix indie and popular titles. The charity option is a sweet bonus, though I wish the app was a bit smoother.

Good deals, but UI could improve
I really like the bundles on Humble Bundle, especially the charity aspect which makes me feel better about my purchases. However, I found the website a bit clunky on mobile and had trouble navigating through some pages. It’s still my go-to for sales though, just wish the app or site was a bit smoother.
