Consistent quality and support
I rely on Humble Bundle for affordable games and have yet to be disappointed. The bundles offer a nice variety and the option to split payments with charity is awesome. One time a link was broken, but customer support was prompt and helpful. The site handles high traffic well during big sales, which impressed me. Not so happy lately
The last bundle I bought had some DRM issues that made a couple of games unplayable. Customer support was slow to respond, and it kinda ruined the experience. Also wish the site was less buggy during sales.
