Mostly Good with Slight Billing Confusion
I’ve used HostGator’s dedicated servers for my portfolio site and it’s been stable and fast. Support is pretty responsive when I open tickets. Good Hosting but Some Limits on Backup
I’ve been hosting my e-commerce site here for 8 months now. The uptime is excellent and I rarely face downtime which is key for my sales. However, I wish the automatic backup feature was more frequent or customizable. Had a minor data loss once when I restored an older backup, but their support helped me recover most of it. Still, I appreciate their fast ticket replies and live chat availability.
