I used HomeLight to sell my condo. The agent they matched me with was professional but not very proactive. There were some good suggestions for staging, but I felt like I had to drive the process a lot. I guess it worked out in the end, but I was hoping for more support.

Honestly, I was a bit disappointed. The agent didn’t seem to have my best interests in mind and I felt left out of the loop on key decisions. Would not recommend.

It worked for me, but it felt a bit clunky. The app was okay, but I expected faster matches with agents. Had to follow up a few times.
