Good service with minor issues

I ship small electronics monthly using Evri. Usually, the collection points are convenient and quick. One time my parcel wasn’t scanned properly which made tracking confusing, but it got sorted after a call to support. Still prefer them over others for their flexible delivery slots.

Mostly good but one hitch

Used Evri to send a birthday gift to my sister last week. The parcel was delayed by a day, which stressed me out since it was supposed to arrive on the actual birthday. Support was polite but didn’t offer much help. Otherwise, the tracking system worked fine and the courier dropped it off safely.
