Customer service could improve

The parcel tracking is useful but I had a hard time reaching support when my item got delayed. They finally responded after three days but didn’t explain the reason well. Delivery was okay after that but the wait was annoying.

Mixed feelings on delivery times

I’ve used Evri a few times and the delivery speed varies a lot. One parcel took just two days, another one almost a week. Support was slow to reply on the longer delivery, which was frustrating. I hope they improve consistency soon because the prices are good.
