Helpful but waiting times annoying
The coverage options are clear and the monthly premiums reasonable. I did find the waiting for approval to be longer than advertised, which was a bit stressful since I wanted to ensure my family was covered ASAP. Customer service was friendly but didn’t speed things up. Once approved, though, the process was smooth and all documents were easy to access digitally.

The coverage is solid and the premiums competitive, which is why I chose Haven Life. The application process was mostly quick, though sometimes the site felt a bit slow on mobile. I also noticed a small delay in their email confirmations which made me double-check my status. Support was helpful whenever I reached out, so overall I’m satisfied but hope they improve response times.
