I ordered the Dionysus bag in the small size and it seemed way smaller than I expected based on the website photos. The quality is unmistakably Gucci, super soft leather and that signature GG detail looks amazing. Delivery took about a week, which was okay but not super fast for the price. Customer service was helpful when I asked about returns but honestly I wish the product description was clearer about dimensions.

I bought a pair of sneakers that looked fantastic online but when they arrived, the box was slightly damaged, which was disappointing. The shoes themselves are comfortable and the leather is top notch, exactly what I wanted. I think the shipping service handling Gucci packages might need to be more careful. Otherwise, the return process through their site was simple to navigate.

I ordered two dresses because I loved the bold prints, but both were a bit tight around the shoulders compared to Gucci’s size chart. The colors and fabric are amazing though, very vibrant and comfortable. Their online chat helped me figure out if an exchange was possible, but I decided to keep one dress anyway. Just wish the sizing was a little more consistent.

I recently ordered a leather handbag from Gucci's new collection, really loved the design and the signature double G logo. The quality is undeniable, the leather feels premium and the craftsmanship is visible in every stitch. However, the delivery took almost two weeks, which was longer than I expected for a luxury brand. Customer support was polite but couldn't speed things up. Still, I’m happy with the product but hope they improve shipping times soon.
