Good but a few hiccups with seller communication
I’ve flipped a decent amount of designer clothes on Grailed, and while the site itself is solid, sometimes sellers ignore messages or delay shipping which is frustrating. I had one case where a seller took nearly a week to ship after I paid. But when everything goes right, it’s a great platform with a vibrant community of fashion enthusiasts. Buyer protection helped me get a refund once when the item wasn’t as described, so that was a relief.

Usually find good prices but last order took ages to arrive. Support was okay but didn’t speed things up.
