I appreciate the effort Grailed puts into verifying items, but I’ve seen a few sellers who slipped through with fakes. The support was a bit slow responding when I reported it. I still find good deals here but always double-check everything before buying.

I love browsing Grailed’s rare finds but the app sometimes crashes when I try to upload photos for listings. Also had a few glitches during checkout which made me nervous. Support replies were slow and not that helpful. Despite that, I did buy a nice pair of Balenciaga sneakers last month and they came in perfect condition.
