Frustrated by inconsistent discounts
I tried to use GoodRx coupons at two different pharmacies and the prices weren't as stated on the site, which was really annoying. One pharmacy told me the coupon was expired even though I checked it just minutes before. The app also froze when I tried to save my coupon for later, so I ended up paying full price. Support was slow to respond and didn't really resolve my issue. I wanted to like this service, but this experience was pretty disappointing.
