Mostly great, but one issue
I’ve been using Glossier for a few months now and love their skin tint and moisturizer. The packaging is cute, and the formulations are really good for my skin type. But I had a problem with the customer service when I needed to return a product. They took a while to respond, which was frustrating. I’d say I’m satisfied but hope for better support next time!

Good, but some misses
I really like the Milky Jelly Cleanser; it’s gentle and smells great. However, the Cloud Paint didn’t quite blend as well as I hoped. I’m happy with Glossier but wish everything was perfect.

Great products but slow shipping
I really enjoy Glossier’s Cloud Paint and the Boy Brow. They give such a natural look! However, my last order took forever to arrive, which was a bit disappointing.

Decent, but some products miss
I’m a fan of the Cloud Paint, but the liquid highlighter just didn’t work for me. It looked streaky no matter how I applied it. still happy with most of my purchases.
