Strong CI/CD but docs need work
GitLab’s continuous integration is fast and customizable which is great for our microservices architecture. Setting up pipelines to deploy to AWS was straightforward once I figured out the syntax. However, the documentation could be more beginner-friendly as I spent hours hunting down answers for runner configurations. Support chat was helpful but slow during peak hours.

Good integration but UI could improve
I like how GitLab integrates with our existing tools, and the version control is solid. However, the interface sometimes feels cluttered, which slows down new team members learning it.

Powerful tools with minor hiccups
I appreciate how GitLab bundles project management and CI/CD in one place. The auto DevOps feature saved us tons of manual setup time. Occasionally, the UI freezes when switching branches, but that’s a small annoyance. Support was responsive when I reported the bug, so I’m hopeful it’ll get fixed soon.
