Good but could be better
Freshworks has been pretty solid for our team. The CRM tools work well, but sometimes I find the interface a bit clunky, especially when searching for customer data. it gets the job done.

I like Freshworks. Their customer engagement tools have improved our response times. However, I did face a few glitches while setting up automated responses. Once I sorted that, everything has been smooth.
