Good overall but needs better support
Freelancer.com mostly works well for posting projects and evaluating bids, but I ran into an annoying delay with my last payment withdrawal. Customer support took a couple days to respond which was frustrating. If they speed up the backend and service, this would be a solid platform.

Good but could improve interface
I use Freelancer for various gigs and it’s handy, though sometimes the project management tools feel clunky. The messaging system could be more intuitive. However, the diversity of freelancers and bidding helps get a fair price which I appreciate.
