Mixed feelings about Freelancer

I’ve had good success with some graphic designers here, but a few projects were delayed and communication was a bit slow. The dispute system is there but felt a bit complicated when I had a payment issue. Overall okay but room for improvement on support.

Bugs make it tricky

Okay but some bugs in the app

Freelancer is decent but the app can freeze when I try to upload files for projects, which slows me down. Also wish there were better filters for freelancer search, took a while to find the right fit. Support answers slow sometimes, not great if you’re on a tight deadline.
