Good tools but support could improve
I like that Format lets me quickly update my portfolio and manage client proofing in one place. However, when I hit a snag setting up payments for prints, support was slow to reply and didn’t have a clear solution. The rest of the platform works fine and looks professional, but that experience left me a bit annoyed. Hoping they streamline their help system soon.

Reliable with minor flaws
Using Format for my wedding photography portfolio has been mostly hassle-free. The galleries look clean and load fast, which clients appreciate. The only downside I've noticed is the limited options for customizing the contact form, which sometimes makes it tricky to filter inquiries. Still, the overall experience is positive and the interface is user-friendly.

Mostly good but some quirks
Format offers solid templates and the site runs pretty fast on desktop, which is nice. I do find the mobile view a little glitchy sometimes though, like images not loading right or menus acting weird. Also wish the customization options were a bit deeper, like more control over fonts and layouts. Still, the client galleries are a huge plus and the pricing is fair for what you get.
