Mixed feelings about the platform

I've been using Format for about a year and honestly, it's a bit hit or miss. The portfolio layouts look great, but sometimes the image upload speed is painfully slow which can be frustrating when I have a lot of photos to add. Also ran into a minor issue with the blog section not saving drafts properly. Support was decent but took a couple of days to respond. It’s okay if you’re patient but I’ve seen better editors elsewhere.
