Decent with some hiccups
The website is user-friendly and I found some rare skincare brands here. However, my last order took longer than usual to arrive, and the tracking info wasn’t updated properly. Support eventually replied but not super fast. I’d still order again because the product range is great.

Mostly good but one glitch
I like the variety and prices but once my order got stuck in processing for three days. Support was polite but slow to respond. Otherwise, products arrived fine and genuine.
