Generally consistent but had a rough patch
For the most part, FedEx has been reliable for my freight shipments. They’re usually on schedule and the staff is professional. However, two months ago, my cargo got stuck in customs longer than expected, and I had to jump through hoops with support to get it cleared. It delayed my whole supply chain and cost me extra storage fees. Since then, I’ve switched to booking via a dedicated freight broker who deals with FedEx they seem to smooth out these issues faster. Still, I appreciate their broad network and tracking tools.

Good value but tracking could improve
FedEx rates are competitive and delivery times are mostly solid. The tracking interface on their app sometimes lags or shows outdated info, which can be confusing. Still prefer them to USPS for valuable packages.
