Mixed feelings about FedEx's reliability
I’ve been sending small business packages with FedEx for about a year now. Most times, things go well and customers get their orders on time. But there have been a few occasions where shipments were delayed without clear reasons, and the tracking info didn't update for days. Last month, a box arrived damaged which caused a headache refunding the client. The pickup scheduling system could be more user-friendly too. It’s decent but not flawless.
