Good coverage but slow support
I've been with Farmers for my home insurance for over a year and the coverage options are pretty solid, especially for flood and fire protection. However, the customer support can be frustratingly slow, especially when you need quick info about policy changes or billing issues. Last time I called, I waited over 20 minutes to speak with someone who seemed only half-informed about my questions. Their online portal is okay but not very user-friendly when trying to add an additional insured person. Still, the rates are competitive so I’m sticking around for now.

Mostly satisfied but app glitches
