I’ve ordered from Factor multiple times, and while most meals are fantastic, there have been a couple that didn’t hit the spot. One was a chicken dish that was a bit bland for my taste, and another had some veggies that were not as fresh as I'd hoped. That said, their variety is really good, and the convenience is hard to beat. I just wish they’d maintain the quality across all meals.
