Ordered a jacket that looked great online but the fit was way off. Sent it back but the refund took ages, almost two weeks. Support was polite but seemed overwhelmed and not very helpful. I like the style they offer but these problems make me hesitate to buy again.

I love the brands END. carries but sometimes their app just crashes right when I'm about to checkout, which is super annoying. Also, they often run out of the sizes I want within hours, which feels unfair for those in different time zones. Customer support was friendly but didn't really fix the app issues. They have potential but need to iron out these bugs to keep loyal customers.

Ordered a pair of sneakers here and while the delivery was speedy, the sizing was totally off. I usually take UK 7 but these felt more like 6.5, which was super frustrating since returns are a bit of a hassle. Customer service was polite but slow to respond, so had to wait nearly a week for a solution. I might give them another shot but with more caution on sizes.
