Solid basics with a few standout hits
I’ve been building my makeup kit with e.l.f. over the last six months. The brow pomade and setting spray are surprisingly good and last through my long days. Some eyeshadows are hit or miss on pigmentation but that’s expected at this price. Their skincare, like the cleansing balm, feels gentle but effective on my oily skin, which I appreciate. Would like to see more eco-friendly packaging options in the future.

Great products but packaging could improve
e.l.f. has become my go-to for everyday makeup because it’s affordable with trendy options. I especially love the vegan brushes and how soft they are. My only gripe is that some items arrived with slightly damaged packaging, which made them look less appealing as gifts. Aside from that, the formulas work wonderfully for my dry skin and the staying power is decent.

Decent but inconsistent quality sometimes
Used their contour kit and noticed some powders were patchy and didn’t blend smoothly. I liked the matte finish but it took extra time to fix spots. Browsing their site can be frustrating since not all descriptions specify if products suit sensitive skin. Support replies were slow too, which was annoying when I had questions before buying.

Affordable and diverse line but watch out for undertones
I admire how e.l.f. offers something for everyone, with lots of shades and finishes. The complexion products especially have a nice range, which is rare at this price point. That said, some highlighters lean pretty pink and don’t always suit my warm undertones. I keep trying new stuff though, the lip glosses are a personal favorite! Support was helpful when I needed to clarify ingredients.

Good quality but packaging issues
Been using e.l.f. for about 6 months now and mostly happy, especially with their affordable foundation range. However, my last order had a broken eyeshadow palette when it arrived, which was a bummer. Customer service responded fairly quickly but the replacement took 2 weeks longer than promised. Still, I appreciate the product quality and will keep buying but wish they handled shipping better.

Enjoying most products but wish website was more intuitive
I often shop from elfcosmetics.com because they have a great range of skincare and makeup essentials. The eye primers and setting sprays I ordered last month have been solid performers. Sometimes I get stuck navigating the filters online, which slows down picking shades especially during sales. Also, it'd be cool if they added more detailed ingredient info next to each product for those of us with allergies. I’m happy with quality and prices though.
