Mostly reliable but some hiccups
I've been using DigitalOcean for about 8 months to host my web apps and I like the simplicity of spinning up new droplets quickly. The pricing is clear, and I really appreciate the straightforward dashboard. However, I ran into some slowdowns during peak traffic last week that made my sites lag. Support was helpful but took a while to respond, which was frustrating since I had an urgent deployment. Overall the platform works well for mid-level apps, but room for improvement in responsiveness.

Good service with minor delays
Started using DigitalOcean for a client project last month and their virtual servers performed smoothly during deployment. The control panel is user-friendly and setting up backups was easy. My only gripe is that the billing invoice took a couple days longer than expected to generate, which delayed accounting on our end. Still, their uptime and network speed made support time worth it.
Good but needs better monitoring
The servers run stable but I wish their monitoring tools were a bit more detailed. Sometimes I get alerted late, which can be frustrating when traffic spikes unexpectedly.
