I upgraded to Economy Plus on my July flight to LA and the extra legroom made a real difference. The movie selection was okay but could use some newer releases. Boarding was a bit chaotic, which was annoying, but the crew handled it well after that.

Crew was friendly and the boarding went quickly. Only downside was that my assigned seat was a bit cramped for a 5-hour flight.

Flight itself was comfortable and the crew was helpful. However, boarding was delayed about 40 minutes due to a late arrival of the aircraft, which was frustrating. Once on board, everything went pretty smoothly though.

My flight to Orlando was pretty comfy and the crew was super friendly. I had trouble with my entertainment screen but they fixed it fast. Only thing, the snack cart came by just once.
