Unexpected upgrade and friendly staff
I booked a basic economy ticket for my trip to New York, but at the airport, a kind agent upgraded me to first class due to an overbooking. The flight attendants were so attentive; they even remembered my name and brought extra pillows when I mentioned my neck was sore. The in-flight meal was surprisingly good for airline food and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout the 6-hour trip. Landing was smooth and on schedule. Definitely flying Delta again next time I travel.

Legroom better in economy plus
I upgraded to Economy Plus on my July flight to LA and the extra legroom made a real difference. The movie selection was okay but could use some newer releases. Boarding was a bit chaotic, which was annoying, but the crew handled it well after that.
Great service and on time
Just flew from SFO to JFK. Boarding was organized and crew were attentive. Flight landed 20 minutes early, which was a nice surprise. impressed by how smooth it all went.
Smooth international flight
I flew Delta from Atlanta to Paris last month, and everything went really well. The boarding was efficient, and the crew was super friendly. Loved the in-flight entertainment and the meal service was surprisingly tasty for an airline.
Nice service, small issue with seats

Flight was great but delay at boarding
Flight itself was comfortable and the crew was helpful. However, boarding was delayed about 40 minutes due to a late arrival of the aircraft, which was frustrating. Once on board, everything went pretty smoothly though.
Comfortable and friendly crew
My flight to Orlando was pretty comfy and the crew was super friendly. I had trouble with my entertainment screen but they fixed it fast. Only thing, the snack cart came by just once.

Mixed feelings about delay
My flight to Tokyo got delayed by almost three hours which was frustrating since I had a tight connection. The staff apologized but didn’t offer much help with rebooking or lounge access. The plane itself was comfortable though, and the safety announcements were clear.
